What happens to your jeans

  1. Step 1 Day 0

    You choose your bag

    Pick a design and place your order. Each product page tells you how many pairs of jeans it needs.

    • Add gift wrap if it's a present
    • Pay online or cash on delivery
  2. Step 2 Days 1–2

    We pick up your jeans

    Our pickup partner collects your jeans from your door. It's free, anywhere in India.

    • Keep the jeans clean and ready in a bag
    • No box or packing needed

  3. What to keep ready

    We can use

    • Jeans of any size, shade or brand
    • Faded, worn-in or stretched pairs
    • Pockets, rivets and seams (we keep them)

    • Unwashed or wet clothes
    • Things you want back unchanged

  4. Step 3 Days 2–4

    We check and plan

    We look at your jeans closely and plan where the pockets, seams and fades will sit on your bag.

    • The best parts of your jeans go on the front
    • If something won't work, we message you first
  5. Step 4 At our workshop

    We transform your denim

    Our artisans turn the denim you send into your chosen bag, bringing its familiar details into a new form.

  6. Step 5 About Day 14

    Your bag comes home

    We deliver your new bag to your door. It still has your jeans' fades, pockets and story on it.
