Two ways to work with us

Option 1

Transform your textiles

Share suitable denim or other textiles from your organisation or community. We turn them into products for your employees, customers, members or supporters.

  • Start with materials you already have
  • Or begin with a textile collection drive
  • Every piece carries where it came from
Option 2

Create with materials sourced by FFM

No textiles to contribute? We source suitable pre-consumer and post-consumer materials and develop products around your needs, audience and budget.

  • Surplus fabric, offcuts and set-aside denim
  • Designed around your audience and budget

Questions organisations ask

Do we need to send our own textiles?

No. You can share textiles from your organisation, run a textile collection drive, or we can source materials for you.

What can you make?

Laptop bags, totes, backpacks, slings, sleeves, pouches and travel bags. We choose styles with you based on your audience, materials, budget and order size.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the product and the material. Tell us your numbers and we'll suggest what works.

How long does it take?

It depends on the order size and materials. We'll share a clear timeline with your quote.

Will every piece look the same?

The design and size will match. The shade and fades will vary a little from piece to piece, because each one is made from different fabric.

Who makes the products?

Women artisans and skilled makers in our Delhi studio. Every stage, from assessment to final finish, is done by hand in one room, and makers are paid by the hour, not by the piece.
