For a deeper clean, hand wash the bag in cold water with a gentle detergent, or opt for dry cleaning, which is the preferred method.

Rinse the bag thoroughly and reshape it while it is still damp.

Lay the bag flat to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading.

As this bag is crafted from your own clothes, it is a customized item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if there are any issues with the craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the issues and provide a repair or replacement if necessary to ensure your satisfaction.

While we do not offer exchanges due to the personalized nature of our creations, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
