Founded by alumni from XLRI in 2008, the team at Filament caters to the niche requirement of employer communication and branding in organizations. Employer branding is both a science and an art which requires a differentiated and focussed approach. Structured around employee behaviour and HR practices, it is this approach which differentiates us from traditional agencies.

We are a team of professionals from various walks of life. This means that we bring out diverse opinions and ideas to the table which in turn results in inspiring and spectacular campaigns for our clients. During our brief existence of three years, we have achieved success with clients across industry verticals.
